Tour Details
Lafayette Square is known for its beautiful Victorian homes and picturesque streets, but every neighborhood has stories it doesn't put on display. As we walk through one of St. Louis' oldest neighborhoods, you'll hear about the people and events that shaped Lafayette Square, revealing a side of its history that's easy to overlook if you don't know where to look.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check in. Tours begin promptly, and the group will leave no later than 6:05 PM. The tour starts and ends at the same location.

Meet at the Park House, located inside Lafayette Park near the entrance at the corner of Lafayette Avenue and Mississippi Avenue.

What to Expect
This is an outdoor walking tour featuring documented St. Louis crimes, scandals, mysteries, and other fascinating moments from local history. These are not ghost stories or paranormal tours.
Each tour follows a different route and features different stories, so every experience is unique. Whether it's your first tour or your fifth, you'll discover something new.
Tours last about 80 minutes. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
Age Requirement
Tours are intended for guests 18 and older due to mature language and graphic historical content.
Accessibility
Routes are wheelchair accessible, but some city sidewalks may have uneven surfaces. If you have questions about accessibility or mobility, please email stldarkhistory@gmail.com before booking.
Weather
Tours take place rain or shine. If severe weather makes conditions unsafe, you'll be notified by email and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Only service animals are permitted on tours.

No physical ticket is required. Simply check in under your name when you arrive.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Tickets are non-refundable unless STL Dark History cancels the tour.
If you're unable to attend, email me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to move your ticket to another available tour, but rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
